We stayed at Capri and would stay again 10/10. The area is not crowded, hotel is family friendly and the rooms are spacious. They even provide baby cribs upon request. It is conveniently situated near the MRT station and the airport. Also within walking distance is a shopping mall where you can do some last-minute shopping or savour some Singaporean cuisines.
How to Reach the Flower Dome in Singapore by Train
- Take the MRT to Bayfront Station (CE1/DT16).
- Take Exit B and follow the underground linkway.
- Pass through Marina Bay Sands.
- Cross the Dragonfly Bridge to reach Gardens by the Bay.
- Enjoy the picturesque walk to the Flower Dome.
- Right next to it is the Cloud Forest, another amazing iconic attraction!

Is the Flower Dome in Singapore worth a visit with children?
Definitely! The Flower Dome is an amazing experience for children. They’ll love exploring the vibrant gardens and learning about plants from around the world. It's a great family outing with plenty of photo opportunities. Plus, the cool environment inside offers a nice escape from the heat.
Upon our arrival, we were welcomed by a stunning, large wooden dragon sculpture known as "The Bearer of Abundance and Good Fortune."

The stunning display showcased four dragons, charming lantern sets, and a floral arrangement that beautifully interpreted the Chinese saying, “carps leap over the dragon gate.” It was absolutely beautifully!

See them dance?! These pretty flowers were my favourite! They just make me smile, like a little girl inside me is clapping her hands and bouncing up and down with joy.
