Here's a Step-by-Step Guide to Registering for the NCLEX Exam in the Philippines:

1. Create an account on the Pearson VUE website

When you register your account indicate Philippines as your testing location. You'll also find the registration link in the email you received from the New York State.

2.  Pay the Examination Fee

Fill out the registration form and pay the exam fee of 200 USD to sign up for the exam.

3. Wait for the Authorization to Test (ATT)

After completing the registration, wait 1-2 days for an Authorization to Test (ATT) email from Pearson VUE. Once received, you may schedule your exam at a Pearson VUE test center.

Reminders: Make sure you book your exam within six months of receiving the ATT.

Preparing for the NCLEX Exam with Free Test-Like Questions

Before or after registering with Pearson, you can take advantage of Kaplan's free test-like NCLEX questions. This will give you an idea of what to expect on the test and help you mentally prepare.

4. Schedule your exam date and location

Schedule your exam date and location and pay 150 USD. You can book your exam in Manila online or by phone, but if you choose to schedule by phone, ensure you have your ATT number and other identification information on hand.

5. Take the exam at Pearson Professional Centers in Makati

Remember to bring your passport and arrive at the testing center at least 30 minutes before your scheduled time. There is only one place to take the NCLEX Examination in the Philippines, but you can also fly to Taiwan or Hong Kong.

Take note: If you don't live in Manila or nearby Makati, booking a flight a day before the examination is better. I recommend staying at One Pacific Place for convenience.

For the NCLEX Results:
  • The official results will be available after six weeks of taking the NCLEX Exam.
  • You can also pay for a Quick Result, but that's not considered official. NCLEX Quick Results are released 48 hours (2 business days) after taking the NCLEX exam.
  • Another way to check your results for free is the Pearson Vue Trick. All you need to do after getting the exam completion email you can re-register for the NCLEX exam, if you've passed the NCLEX exam, you won't be able to register again. However, I recommend waiting for the official results.

Wishing you all the best and stay safe! ^__^
